Supper Time (2025) Original Mixed-media Painting by JJ Jacobs

Another work from the "Tabletop Series," this 16" x 16" / 40.64 x 40.64 square painting depicts two teal green rounded back chairs that have been collaged above the chartreuse colored table. There's a lovely black and white painted pitcher with a ruse-red vase of lavender flowers atop the table, with two plates of fish, lemons, and blueberries and a tray of luscious carrots and a bowl of delectable oranges.

The table and chairs are set against a pale whisper pink wall and with the wall's edges painted black. The table spills out onto the sides of the canvas, giving the piece a lovely contemporary yet naive appearance.

This acrylic and paper painting is painted on a gallery-wrapped canvas that's been signed on the front and back, and is ready to hang.
