In this work I explore color as atmosphere: a vast, visceral sky of magenta and rose dominates the scene, its textured planes formed by quick, tactile brushwork. A narrow strip of ochre fields and dark silhouettes at the horizon calibrate the emotion of the sky, suggesting memory and place without literal detail. The painting balances immediacy and restraint — a study in how saturated color can carry mood and narrative.
