SUNBURST, LOCH CLAIR, TORRIDON (2025) Original Acrylic Painting by KEVAN MCGINTY

£1,550

An atmospheric original landscape painting.
Framed and ready to hang, this moody and dramatic painting depicts an early morning vista from the summit of a minor peak overlooking the wide expanse of a Torridonian valley in North west Scotland, with the large Loch Clair sending its tributary up into the hazy hills.
"I will often use the fluidity of acrylic paint, contrasted with heavy earthy textures, to open up the subject of my painting and allow my imagination to play. All my paintings become some form of landscape in the end, as that connection with nature is my driving force."
Painted with love by widely collected contemporary Scottish artist Kevan McGinty.
