Sun Path. The Riders. (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Julia Ismambetova
58 x 58 x 0.5cm (unframed) / 58 x 58cm (actual image size)
£1,008.53
Original artwork description
A reflection on movement and memory, the piece draws on Central Asian nomadic heritage—where journeys are both physical and ancestral. The circular forms evoke cycles of time and continuity, while the layered patterns recall traditional textiles and the passing of cultural knowledge. Unified by a bold red field, it speaks to identity as something carried, evolving yet deeply.
Original painting on silk in batik technique.
Paints are rated archival quality from Germany and France, and the highest quality silk has been sourced from Uzbekistan.
The painting is stretched on acid-free white foam board.
The surface of the painting is water and UV resistant, and colours won’t fade over decades.
The artwork is covered with archival quality varnish as a final layer. It has a fine and elegant satin finish and protects silk against dust and other elements.
Glass is not required as a part of framing.
Certificate of authenticity is included.
