I painted Summer Evening to capture those quiet moments when the last light of the day transforms an ordinary mountain landscape into something almost magical. As the sun slowly disappeared behind the distant peaks, the sky filled with soft violet, pink, and golden tones, while the forest reflected the warm glow of the evening.

Working outdoors in oil allowed me to respond directly to the changing light and atmosphere. Rather than recording every detail, I focused on the rhythm of color, the freshness of the air, and the peaceful silence that settles over the mountains at sunset.

For me, landscape painting is about preserving an emotion rather than a place. Summer Evening expresses the harmony, calm, and timeless beauty that nature offers at the end of a summer day.
