Sky Rider is part of the series Maybe I’ve Always Been Here, in which the Goddess appears as a recurring archetypal figure connected with femininity, memory, belonging and transformation.

The Goddess rides swiftly on horseback through tall green grass. Beneath the horse’s hooves lie scattered oranges — fruits that appeared in earlier works in the series as symbols of the sun and the moon. Here, they rest upon the ground like days already lived, becoming part of the journey.

Wings unfold behind the Goddess as a sign of transformation and forward movement. It is she who flies, rather than the horse — a playful shift in a familiar image that places the sense of movement and ascent within the woman herself.

The painting brings together physical movement and inner transformation, strength and lightness, earthly presence and a sense of rising beyond it. It continues the story of how light can change its form while never truly disappearing.

With its strong colour, symbolic imagery and dynamic composition, Sky Rider brings a distinctive presence to a contemporary interior and offers a collector a work that can be appreciated both as a striking figurative painting and as part of a larger visual story.

Presentation and shipping
The painting is created in acrylic on canvas and is currently unstretched. The original canvas measures approximately 150 × 105 cm and will be carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube. Once stretched, the finished artwork measures 140 × 95 cm. It can be framed according to the collector’s preference and interior.
