It's been a long, hot, smoky summer, and this image reflects what can happen when we don't take care of our environment. It's not very cheery, but maybe. it's a reminder that we have to be good stewards of this planet.
I drew this image onto linoleum, carved out the negative space, printed the raised area onto Strathmore paper, and colored it in with watercolor and gouache.
