The original print depicts a view of the Skellig Islands as viewed from the top of Bray Head on Valentia Island in Co. Kerry, Ireland.
"Skellig View from Bray Head" is a carborundum and drypoint print with watercolour chine colle background.
The print is in a variable edition of 12 prints. This is No. 1 of the edition.
The edition is variable as the watercolour chine colle background is different in each of the prints of the edition.
The watercolour is painted onto Chinese Rice Paper which is then adhered to Fabriano paper, and overprinted with the carborundum/drypoint plate using my etching press.
