SIGNS – In the natural world there is both pattern and singularity.
Whist making these images I am drawn to the irregularities along with conformities.
Perversely as a photographer I am always more interested in what cannot be seen rather than what can. I make images that are “constructed realities”. They are formalised patterns and arrangements along with infinite disorder that hint at a greater design in everything.
Abstract landscape. The images are made using analogue and digital capture then processed to output an archival digital print. Limited to 10 per image plus 2AP. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
500mm X 500mm (actual image size) on 750mm X 750mm white.
