Shy (2024) Original Acrylic Painting by Daniel A du Preez

This artwork features a vibrant yellow background with a striking square in the center, mirroring the same radiant yellow hue. The simplicity of the square within a square composition draws attention to the interplay of color and form, creating a visually captivating piece that exudes warmth and harmony.

This painting was created using acrylic paint on board.

Amidst the sea of yellow, a solitary red mark boldly punctuates the side of the artwork. Its stark contrast against the yellow backdrop commands attention, serving as a dynamic focal point. This vibrant red accent injects a sense of energy and intrigue into the composition, adding depth and complexity to the overall visual narrative.
