She Is a Flower was born from an idea that has accompanied me through many of my paintings: I see a woman as a flower.
Both can be delicate and strong at the same time. A flower may seem fragile, yet it grows, opens and changes with its own quiet strength. In this painting, I wanted the woman and the flowers to become almost inseparable, as if she were part of the same living world.
For me, the flowers are not decoration. They express femininity, tenderness and vitality. I wanted the painting to create a sense of calm and intimacy, inviting the viewer to pause and enter this imagined space for a moment.
She Is a Flower is a work about femininity as something living, evolving and quietly powerful.
