Painted in fine layers of acrylic on board, this atmospheric piece portrays a glowing sun descending towards the horizon, casting a soft, luminous column of light across the gentle rolling waves and wet sands.

Using a subtle palette of soft purples, dusty pinks, and deep oceanic blues, I focused on blending delicate gradients in the sky to evoke a sense of quiet calm. The rhythmic repetition of the incoming tide reflects the fading evening light, creating a peaceful and reflective mood.
