Original artwork description:

I am fascinated by the immersion of a figure in the sea. The painting tries to capture the "verb" of the moment - the moment of action. The 'bather' or 'swimmer' is one of my favorite themes, incorporating two of my loves - the sea and the figure. This painting is wired and ready to hang. It is signed on the back and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Materials used:

oil paint on 12 oz. cotton duct canvas stretched over a 1.5"x 2" wooden frame, acrylic base primer
