Same Energy | Cat Diptych
Two cats, two poses — but one unmistakable state. Suspended somewhere between chaos and stillness, control and surrender, the diptych captures a familiar emotional duality: the way we exist in contradiction with ourselves.
On one side — movement, twist, impulse. A body caught mid-action, almost losing balance, reacting before thinking. On the other — stillness, wide-eyed awareness, a quiet freeze. Not calm, not panic — but that strange in-between where time stretches for a second too long.
Together, the two images form a single psychological moment. Not opposites, but reflections. The same feeling expressed in two different ways — one outward, one internal.
Set against bold, minimal yellow backgrounds, the compositions remove all distraction, allowing the characters to fully carry the narrative.
