The mountains were glowing with warm terracotta tones, while the valley below was fresh, green and filled with summer light. Then two children ran into the meadow, laughing and pulling a kite behind them as they tried to catch the wind.

I wanted to preserve the energy of that moment: the children racing through the grass, the movement of the kite, the distant village and the mountains rising beneath a luminous sky. Together, they create a joyful impressionist landscape filled with freedom, sunlight and the happiness of summer.

Painted in expressive layers of oil, the work combines rich texture, vibrant color and a sense of continuous movement. This original mountain landscape painting is created on canvas and exists as a single, one-of-a-kind artwork.
