One ordinary question can trigger a series of internal dialogues. This is what happened with the creation of the series "Immersion."
Exploring the inner world preceded it through therapy, introspection, reflection, meditation, and self-awareness of one's needs.
On the way to getting to know yourself, you encounter various emotions and experiences. They may be completely unpredictable and not what you expected. These include joy from discovering inner depths, doubt from losing confidence in the "old firmware," and disappointment when past beliefs are wrong.
