This is purely a surreal painting, without the symbolism that is often the case in my work, but purely surreal images of beauty and calm straight from the subconscious. The water reflects the colours of a pool table and the edge of the table is marked by a waterfall which in itself was a last minute addition that I hadn't planned for. At the front is a pocket in the form of a whirlpool.
