Original artwork description
This is the fourth in my series of coastal works. This painting is of Polzeath beach made from sketches taken when we were in Cornwall earlier this year. I love surfing and the surf was good that day so it was quite hard to sit drawing instead of heading out to surf! I have used a linen canvas and Michael Harding paints as usual, using a hint of Magenta for the sand colour.
