Pax Vobiscum
Peace be with you! I love this greeting in any language. When I worked in the refugee camp in northern Pakistan, the refugees would say to me...Salaam aalaikum which is in Dari meaning peace be with you. I am so grateful that we started our conversation with such a wonderful welcome. It is not easy for Afghan Refugees; they are constantly being at war. We can only hope that peace will come to them soon!
