The story of Pandora has always fascinated me because curiosity, rather than evil, sits at its centre. There is something deeply human about receiving a mysterious gift and being unable to leave it unopened.

Pandora 2.0 brings this old story into the present, at a time when technology and artificial intelligence are opening possibilities that would have seemed almost mythical only a few years ago. We create, discover, experiment and move forward, often before knowing exactly where the path will lead.

Thousands of years separate us from the myth, yet some stories have a strange way of finding new forms.

Shipping note for large-scale works

Because of the size of this painting, the most practical shipping method depends on the destination. For destinations where the listed shipping rate is based on stretched transport, the work is protected in a custom-built wooden crate. For other destinations, the listed rate assumes the canvas is carefully removed from the stretcher and shipped rolled, which greatly reduces transport costs.

Alternative arrangements are always possible on request. If you would prefer the painting shipped rolled instead of stretched, or stretched and crated instead of rolled, please contact me before purchasing and I can arrange a specific transport quote. An unstretched canvas can be professionally re-stretched by a local framer after delivery.
