Original artwork description:

This original charcoal drawing was made en plain air, near San Xavier Mission, just outside of Tucson, AZ.

The rich texture in the foreground created stark contrast with a bright and clouded sky - feature a beautiful mountain range in the distance. This monochromatic piece will go well in any room.

This piece is matted and framed to expose the pencil lines that frame the original sketch, which also creates an interesting flare. Lovely antique frame with gold leaf accent.

Materials used:

charcoal
