Original artwork description
"Ocean Wave, Skyline" captures the eternal rhythm of sea and sky in a moment of tranquil power. The painting reveals the ocean as both movement and stillness, with a sweeping wave rising gracefully against a horizon that dissolves into soft light. Shades of deep blue and turquoise blend into airy whites, evoking the sensation of fresh salt air and the boundless energy of water. The skyline stretches infinitely, a line where earth and atmosphere meet, offering both distance and intimacy.
The wave itself becomes more than a natural form—it is a metaphor for resilience, transformation, and the passage of time. The brushwork conveys motion, while the minimalist composition emphasizes purity and calm. Light reflections shimmer across the surface, suggesting both dawn’s quiet promise and evening’s fading glow. This duality of calm and force mirrors the human experience: moments of rest contrasted with bursts of energy.
Standing before the work, one feels drawn into the horizon, sensing both vastness and belonging. It is a painting of meditative balance—between sea and sky, presence and infinity. "Ocean Wave, Skyline" invites viewers to pause, breathe, and let their gaze wander into the endless dialogue of water and air.
