Original artwork description
No Rush is a large-scale abstract work built through slow layering: paint, industrial materials and water, left to move, pool and settle on their own. Warm terracotta and burnt orange meet dusty pinks, smoky lilac-greys and deep oxblood reds, cut through by veins of cream and thin dark fractures that radiate from the center.
The surface is rich in texture, with cracked, poured and scraped areas that invite a closer look. Within them, tiny hidden characters and creatures appear, as if a small comic-like story were unfolding inside the abstraction. The title is an invitation to look slowly and let the details emerge.
Painted in mixed media on canvas, signed on the back, ready to stretch with sides painted. Original, one of a kind. Created in Valdivia, Chile, at Espacio Canal studio.
