Original artwork description
This work grew from a single impulse: watching green push through pale, the way new growth tears open a white sky in early spring. I poured the ink and let it travel, then coaxed it with water until those bursting, petal-like forms appeared almost by themselves.
I begin with a textured gesso ground, then build the work through successive pours of fluid ink — forest green, deep emerald, acid yellow — sometimes lifted with water, sometimes left to dry into dark, pooled cores. The result is a surface that holds both intensity and lightness at once.
Stretched on a solid wooden frame with carefully finished 4 cm (1.5") deep edges — no frame needed. The work arrives ready to hang, signed on the back, with a certificate of authenticity. Packed with maximum protection for safe international shipping
