I created this diptych letting materials lead — two canvases that breathe together as one. I began each panel with a thick layer of gesso to build texture and relief, then allowed ink and water to find their own path, crossing the boundary between the two panels as if unaware of it. The result is something between a botanical diagram and a mineral formation: forms that feel grown rather than painted.

I build each layer deliberately — fluid ink first, then acrylic to fix and deepen, playing the contrast between matte ground and lustrous surface. The continuity between the two panels is not planned but discovered — it emerges from the process.

Each canvas is stretched on a solid wooden frame with carefully finished 4 cm (1.5") deep edges. The two panels arrive separately, ready to hang side by side — no frame needed. Signed on the back, with a certificate of authenticity. Packed individually with maximum protection for safe international shipping.
