I created this triptych seeking to capture the suspended stillness that settles over the sea just before movement returns. For me, abstract painting is a dialogue with materials — I let the ink and water find their own path, and I follow. I begin with a thick layer of gesso to build texture and relief. I then let ink and water merge freely across the three panels, creating these ethereal organic forms that breathe together as one composition. Layers of watercolour, oil and acrylic are added to fix and deepen, contrasting matte and lustrous finishes throughout. Stretched on a solid wooden frame with carefully finished 4 cm (1.5") deep edges — no frame needed. The triptych arrives ready to hang, signed on the back, with a certificate of authenticity. Packed with maximum protection for safe international shipping
