Artist's description:

Motocross a palette knife painting on museum stretched canvas was born from a place of looking at a motocross race ...it occurred to me watching the racers how calm they were in the midst of all the action. In this painting i explore these seemly contradictory forces by placing the race in calm earth tones amidst paint stokes which show the movement and action around him. This subtle metaphor the question of how to live in quieted and centered way.
