A large contemporary semi abstract impressionist skyscape painting inspired by the Northern lights or Aurora Borealis with a full moon in the night sky. In this multicoloured artwork I have tried to portray the atmosphere of a a clear moonlight night with the green and magenta colours of the colourful Aurora displaying in the sky, with the atmospheric moonlight shining on golden fields below.
Painted in green, blue, yellow and magenta colours.
I have used an unusual unique textural technique which allows the colours of the under-painting to show through many layers, this gives a sense of movement and light.

Painted in a contemporary semi abstract impressionistic style with a palette knife and fingers.

Painted using quality artists acrylics on a square format 39" x 39" (98 x 98cm) canvas mounted on board, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame ready to hang.

Will require a signature on delivery.
