There are so many wheals, or mines, dotted around the Cornish coast and countryside, a reminder of a bygone age of industry. Nature encroaches and creates a new story that is both wild and beautiful, softening the hard edges and creating a new story that we can all enjoy.
This wheal is Trewavas mine, situated between Rinsey and Portleven.
