The Marilyn Monroe portrait by Warhol is one of my favorite works. Warhol painted a lot of different versions of it and I find myself going back to them regularly. Not sure why though.
I guess it's the complex personality of Monroe. On one hand she's this superficial iconic movie star, but beneath it all she's also this intelligent and lovable person. At least in my opinion.
