‘Mainspring’ is an original abstract painting in shades of blue and green with a glowing centre full of warm colours. A striking contemporary artwork with flowing brushstrokes and vibrant colours. I am inspired by the incredible connection between the smallest and largest scales. From patterns in nature to the birth of stars, intricate networks of dust and gas coming together and collapsing on themselves to form the first lights in the darkness.
