Original artwork description
"Lost at Sunset" brings Antonino Puliafico’s gestural approach to landscape, light and natural rhythm into an original oil painting on canvas. Measuring 40 × 60 cm and dated 2025, the work balances immediate visual impact with close-range surface detail.
Material presence is essential: palette knife and impasto give the work a layered surface in which gesture and colour remain clearly visible.
As this piece measures 40x60 cm (less than 100x100 cm), it will be shipped securely flat or in a reinforced box to ensure its protection. We use specialized couriers for safe handling and delivery.
The result is a one-of-a-kind work with a strong physical presence, conceived for collectors drawn to contemporary Italian painting and expressive colour.
The artwork is professionally protected for tracked shipping and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Materials used:
First-rate oil colors of the Florentine brand "DI VOLO" applied with spatula were used for the painting, and the pictorial support is a cottono canvas pre-painted for oil painting with Gesso and Glue.
