Limpidezza (2024) Original Oil Painting by Antonino Puliafico

Antonino Puliafico’s "Limpidezza" is an original oil painting on canvas in which flowers and botanical forms are reinterpreted through a contemporary, tactile language. Measuring 163 × 265 cm and dated 2025, the work balances immediate visual impact with close-range surface detail.

Through palette knife, Puliafico lets colour accumulate, break apart and reconnect across a visibly worked surface.

A monumental work that captures the strength and poetry of the marine landscape through the power of the palette knife. Clarity" by Antonino Puliafico stands out for its expressive materiality, where each stroke of color vibrates with energy and light.

The work balances immediacy and detail, offering both a strong visual impact in the room and a richly textured surface for close viewing.

For shipping, the canvas is carefully protected and sent in a heavy-duty tube with tracking, together with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Materials used:

First-rate oil colors of the Florentine brand "DI VOLO" applied with spatula were used for the painting, and the pictorial support is a cottono canvas pre-painted for oil painting with Gesso and Glue.
