I have always been interested in what older people are thinking as they sit in contemplation on their benches. Unfulfilled ambitions, old loves, regrets and past victories. In the shadows and reflections faces appeared unbidden as I shaded them. We all have these, I think, shadows that we collect and follow us through our lives.
