It presents the noble and aesthetic stance of Turkish women in traditional clothes with a historical and aesthetic perspective consisting of moments and memories. It emphasizes the traditional lace knitting and handicraft production of Turkish women and the memories behind it. The artist brings together her own artistic productions and the craft memories in lace by highlighting the handicraft in the paintings, ornaments, motifs and textures she previously applied to walls and ceilings. It aims to shed light on the traces of the recent past by combining the historical texture of Atlas cinema with the figure of the Turkish woman. It reinterprets the missing parts of the past and saves them from being forgotten and destroyed. While emphasizing individual memories by creating the work in layers, it recreates the social memory with the visuals it brings together.
