Original artwork description
Island Treasures | Large Textured Coastal Painting | Teal, Bronze, Copper
Island Treasures is an original large textured coastal painting, 30 × 48 inches unframed, 32 × 50 inches framed.
Inspired by a floral study in the Seychelles and the Florida shore after the tide. Seaweed, shells, and petals sit in teal water, with bronze and copper on the raised ridges. It is not a bouquet in a vase. It is the feeling of a warm beach held in relief.
From across the room, it reads as a calm coastal panel. Up close, the ridges catch the light as the day moves.
Created using my signature technique, developed over many years, the work is built with natural earth pigments, Italian marble powder, and acrylic paint on stretched canvas.
Who it's for:
Someone furnishing a Florida or coastal home in sand, cream, or soft blue who wants one original textured work with bronze for a wall they already live with.
