this picture is part of a large series about the transitions operating in the former mining and metallurgical industry region in southern Luxembourg. It's all about the typical patterns and aesthetics of this abandoned areas, showing the result of intense transformation processes on the environment. Transformation is ongoing and all the sites are reaffected by humans and by nature; social, industrial but also aesthetic transformation are omnipresent and should be consciously perceived and reflected.

this series was subject to different exhibitions and integrated in several larger artprojects
