2020, "If You Could Show Up" - etching, intaglio, limited edition

This unique intaglio etching is one of the latest artworks of the talented Bulgarian contemporary artist Kristina Vatova. It is handmade by colored printmaking techniques, in which the image is incised into a surface and the sunken area holds the ink. A zinc plate is used as a surface (matrix), and the incisions are created by etching.
This fine art masterpiece is a limited edition intaglio of just two prints and it will never be printed again.
