Artwork description
Hydrangeas are often celebrated for their vibrant and wonderful hues, but when we strip away the colour, their sculptural elegance, delicate petals and intricate texture comes forward. The subtle undulations of each gently nodding bloom and the graceful way they occupy space.
Photographed on a recent trip to Ireland which is heaven for hydrangea lovers, I love exploring ways of capturing the natural world in a dreamlike way.
The image is printed on beautiful archival Museum grade fine art bamboo paper, chosen for its soft matte finish and environmental sustainability.
