2026

- Carefully packaged and shipped worldwide via DHL Express

The second study from a trip into the mountains in the north of Bali, where hydrangeas grow wild around Munduk and Bedugul. This one is about how they actually grow on the plant — never as a single bloom, but as heavy clusters of multiple heads, the branches weighed down by their own fullness.

Three flower heads anchor the composition, painted in saturated violet and lavender with palette knife. The central cluster is the deepest, the most layered. Long vertical drips of indigo run down from the bottom of the main bloom toward the canvas edge — slow, deliberate, holding the memory of how heavy these flowers become after the mountain rain.

A small intimate work — sized for a bedside shelf, a quiet hallway, a meditation corner, or paired with the first Hydrangea Study as a small floral grouping.

A similar piece can be commissioned in custom dimensions — message me directly.
