Hydrangea in a White Vase
This painting was created from life. It is a long, many-hour work executed in the classical multilayer watercolor technique. The painting is large in scale, created on a full sheet of Arches Grain Fin watercolor paper, measuring 76 x 56 cm. In this work, I tried to convey my admiration for the luxurious beauty of the hydrangea flower, capturing all the subtle shades and shimmering color transitions within its blossoms.
