A dramatic scenic Scottish mountain waterfall landscape scene. This view was inspired by the many picturesque falls of the high rugged hills of the highlands of Scotland, especially the remote far north west coast areas of Torridon or Knoydart.
An impressionistic view of the mountain range, hills and glens of Scotland with it's misty dramatic and changeable weather and moody atmosphere

Painted in a contemporary semi abstract impressionist gestural style with a palette knife and fingers in purple blue and red orange colours.

Painted using quality artists acrylics on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a gloss varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
