Feelings and emotions don't always float on the surface, some times they lie half hidden underneath multiple layers of our complex characters. This artwork is constructed of layers, showing glimpses of darkness underneath the sunny yellow exterior. The surface is heavily textured and I have used a mix of cadmium yellow and white to bring out the sunshine.
The painting is on a standard width stretched canvas. Contact me if you wish to have it framed with a sleek black tray frame. It can be hung with or without the frame.
