This is a "posterist" portrait of a light grey Gower pony caught in the brilliant morning light blaring across the moorland of Gower Pensinsula in South West Wales. She roams with a herd of up to 15 ponies, grazing and exploring the extensive common land on this Britain's first designated area of outstanding natural beauty. There are also cows, sheep, the odd young bull even, spread across this beautiful countryside, grazing and walking where they like, with cars and other vehicles having to wait patiently as these animals amble across the open roads whenever they decide there is better grazing to be had and the grass is greener on the other side of the road!
