Goritsy, March (2024) Original Oil Painting by Alexander Alexandrovsky

23.62 x 15.75" (unframed)

$626.02

The snowy road curves towards the buildings at Goritsy, passing a simple fence on the right. A dark roof stands before pale walls and domes, and a taller tower appears between the trees. Small figures by the houses establish the distance from the broad foreground.

Peach colour near the horizon meets cooler violet snow. Alexander Alexandrovsky keeps the architecture’s edges soft, with much thicker, more visible marks across the ground. Fine branches cut through those broader areas of colour. Painted in 2024, the oil on canvas measures 40 × 60 cm. Its gently receding road would give a small wall depth, while a light grey surround would leave the subtle change between warm sky and cool snow easy to see.
