There is a quiet, magical narrative waiting to be found in the tiny details of the natural world. With 'Gift for a Grasshopper', I wanted to create an intimate, atmospheric scene that feels like stepping into a peaceful, secret corner of a wild garden.

I focused on bringing warmth and subtle depth to the flora and surrounding environment, capturing that quiet sense of wonder when observing nature up close. Much of my work is inspired by the vibrant natural beauty around me. With 'Gift for a Grasshopper', I wanted to evoke a sense of genuine magic, invoking the possibility of fairies in amongst the forest creatures, of wonders happening just beneath our feet.
