Flow explores a vision of the future shaped by speed, technology, and constant transformation. Inspired by Futurist ideas of movement and progress, the work depicts a fragmented figure dissolving into streams of colour and motion. The blurred forms suggest a world where the boundaries between the physical and digital become increasingly fluid, reflecting the pace of modern life and the overwhelming flow of information that surrounds us.

I chose coloured pastel pencils to combine traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary visual language. The layered marks and distorted shapes create a sense of energy, movement, and instability, inviting viewers to consider how technological progress influences identity, perception, and human connection. I hope the work evokes both curiosity and reflection, encouraging viewers to imagine the possibilities and uncertainties of the future.
