Flötist (2018) Original Acrylic Painting by Zhana Viel

Original large painting of semi-abstract portraiture created in yellow colours on deep edge canvas depicting a person playing a wind musical instrument.

The artist creates deeply introspective works through a distinctive process of layering paint, building rich textured surfaces that preserve the movement, energy, and emotion of each brushstroke. Every original painting develops gradually through numerous layers, allowing the texture and character of the surface to emerge naturally.
