Floating Thoughts explores the quiet space where memories, emotions, and fleeting thoughts drift in and out of focus. Built through translucent layers of paint, graphite, and mixed media, the composition evolved slowly as marks were added, softened, and partially concealed. Rather than depicting a specific place, the painting invites stillness and reflection, leaving room for personal interpretation. It is part of my ongoing exploration of the delicate balance between revealing and concealing, and the beauty found in what remains just beyond definition.
