This painting belongs to my ongoing forest series, where I explore how light, color, and atmosphere can transform familiar woodland scenes into something almost dreamlike. Here, glowing amber and crimson trees emerge from a veil of cool violet and soft pink mist. I wanted to capture that fleeting moment when the forest seems to burn with light yet remains quiet and ethereal.

Built with bold, textured oil strokes on hardboard mounted on a wooden stretcher (30 × 50 × 1.5 cm), the surface carries a rich, tactile presence. The contrast of fiery warmth and gentle haze invites the viewer to feel both the stillness and hidden energy of the woods.
